Shepherd's Hut & Tipi Living, Sleeping & Eating at Lower Buckton

Sleep, live, eat and breathe in the fresh air beside a babbling millstream which is mentioned in Doomsday.

Lower Buckton has a gorgeous Shepherd's Hut which has been customised for comfortable sleeping in an idyllic spot under the stars.  The wagon has been re-built on a chassis dating from the 1920s which came from a farm just down the lane and now has up to date insulation, double glazing and a stunning English oak floor sourced from trees grown "up the road" on a Shropshire estate.  There's a five wide by six foot long double-bed with 10" deep sprung mattress, cotton sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases with cosy featherdown quilts and pillows.  In the corner is a decorative enamelled metal wood-burning stove to keep any chills away on which a kettle can be boiled and cooking pot stirred.
